The shuttle service could be more frequent!!! Billing practices need clarity to avoid confusion during check-in and check-out!!! Keep the sauna open for early risers!!! It's frustrating when essential services like the sauna are unavailable!!!

my stay at movich was pleasant. the hotel is super close to el dorado airport, which made my travel a breeze. the economy double room was spacious and comfy, perfect for relaxing. also, the spa area was a lovely touch for a bit of pampering.

So we ended up here after our flight got delayed. It’s kinda fancy, but there’s something off about it? The food was pretty good and the snacks at the lounge were a nice touch. Rooms felt small tho, and I seriously couldn’t get extra toilet paper no matter how many times I asked. That was annoying!

While the room was comfortable and the staff helpful, there were issues with shuttle communication and service that shouldn't occur in a higher-end hotel. The front desk staff could improve their professionalism and problem-solving skills, but the overall hospitality was appreciated.
